This year EchoDitto sponsored the NLC New Media Award - rather, the newly renamed NLC EchoDitto New Media Award. It is part of the larger 40 Under 40 Awards series. The NLC, New Leaders Council, is a training program for young progressive political leaders who are leading industries, setting trends, and building institutions that support robust civic and political life in global America. The EchoDitto New Media Leadership Award is presented to a leader who has used new or social media to advance progressive causes. This year it will be awarded to Josh Levy of FreePres. As it turns out, Josh is an EchoDitto client - as sponsors, EchoDitto had no input in the selection process - and we’re thrilled, though not surprised, to be a part of honoring his creativity and leadership.
