Technical Project Manager

      Location: Cambridge MA

      EchoDitto seeks a talented Technical Project Manager to join our growing client services team.

      This position is responsible for client and project management of large-scale, custom web development projects from planning through implementation and maintenance.

      What you'll do:

      • Work with portfolio of EchoDitto clients, stakeholders, web developers, contractors, and third-party providers through all aspects of the client lifecycle, including assessment and strategy development, technology integration, and ongoing campaign/project management.
      • Develop work plans and other strategic documents to articulate the EchoDitto vision and online strategy for the client.
      • Develop and manage project related budgets, including negotiating contracts with third party vendors and contractors.
      • Maintain strong constructive relationship between clients and EchoDitto; identify key client stakeholders.
      • Develop understanding of client’s internal organizational politics, key staff, and partners.
      • Conduct regular internal and client project status update meetings.
      • Analyze and develop email and web metrics.
      • Oversee and implement grassroots organizing activities over the internet and using new technologies.
      • Employ effective problem solving strategies with clients and team members.
      • Manage timely presentation and completion of deliverables and regular status updates.
      • Remain current on emerging technologies and useful tools and ideas for our clients.
      • Others duties as assigned.

      What you'll need:

      • Undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year university or 5+ years of work experience in a related-field.
      • Previous experience planning and managing website development.
      • Must love the challenge of managing all the minutia while getting your projects done on-time and under budget.
      • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently (and continuously as needed).
      • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and perform problem analysis and resolution at strategic and functional levels.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
      • Understanding of internet technology and development processes.
      • High level of customer service orientation.
      • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and sometimes unstructured environment.
      • Must thrive on change, innovation, and teamwork.
      • Willingness and availability to travel for job-related activities as necessary.
