EchoDitto seeks a talented Strategy Architect to join our growing team of technology enthusiasts, internet experts, and online campaigners.
This position will be responsible for developing innovative web-based strategies and tools for progressive online activism and community building. EchoDitto team members serve as guides to this evolving medium for non-profit organizations, corporations, celebrities, global institutions, and political organizations. The Strategy Architect position is an integral in building these online communities and helping our clients achieve remarkable results.
Specifically, the Strategy Architect will work directly with the company’s partners to oversee the creation and execution of cutting-edge online campaigns, technical strategy, project
management, and online community/grassroots outreach and promotion efforts.

What you'll need:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year university or 5+ years of work. experience in a related-field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others, including supervisory and management responsibilities.
- Advanced understanding of internet technology and communication, online social technology, Web 2.0, and new media. Experience with blogs, online advertising, and email list communications a plus.
- Strong understanding of grassroots organizing, online and offline, and online engagement strategies.
- Functional understanding of progressive politics and political campaigns, especially grassroots organizing.
- Proven project management experience. Ability to manage a project through various stages including: concept, design, testing, and release.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially writing and content creation.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and perform problem analysis and resolution at strategic and functional levels.
- Solid business acumen and management experience.
- Exceptional level of customer service orientation.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and unstructured environment.
- Must thrive on change, innovation, and teamwork.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems or software.
- Experience working with and/or managing developers, technologists, designers, or technical contractors.
- Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels.
- Willingness and availability to travel for job-related activities as necessary.
- Must possess PIE—passion, integrity and energy.
- Sense of humor a plus!
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
