Tom DeLay for President

      By: staff  |  April 1, 2005

EchoDitto has spent the last year working here in Washington, D.C., and we've been able to see how our government works up close — and, well, let's just say we've seen the light.

We realize now that the central problem in Washington is not gridlock or rules and procedures, but dissent. If all of us just get in line behind Majority Leader Tom DeLay the way the GOP Congress has, gridlock will be the last thing any of us will be worrying about.

It is for this reason that Tom DeLay is our candidate for president in 2008. EchoDitto will now work exclusively for DeLay's ARMPAC, supporting his agenda and silencing his critics.

Tom DeLay is well-educated and well-travelled, with years of experience as a public servant.

His straightforwardness is refreshing, and his commitment to important issues like the environment and children lead us to believe he is the best person to move our country forward.

When it comes right down to it, who better to lead the federal government than the man who is the federal government?

This is great! Far too many Internet types, especially consultants, take themselves way too seriously. I am glad that Echo Ditto is not counted among them. Keep us laughing!

I am getting weary of President Bushs' 'Mr. Nice Guy' persona. I am surprised he won re-election at all, with such a dull campaign, and no 'good' talking points from a lame Republican Party. The media blitz against him, compounded by the vicious, deceitful, and outright dirty tricks from the left were overwhelming, and have still gone "Unanswered".
We really need a President like Tom DeLay now. A strong President should have been able to hammer the last nail in the DNC's coffin these last four years. The Democrat Party is self-destructing before our very eyes, and now is the time to take advantage of it, and at least relegate them to obscurity in the coming decades.
      TOM DELAY FOR PRESIDENT 2008.

I have a better idea. I nominate Robert Byrd for 2008. Who better to answer this Evagalistic craze that has swept over the current Adm. He would burn the cross at both ends to keep this Nation secular. Who else could string up minorities from the high trees one day, and get them to vote for him the next day? And the only skeletons in his closet are black ones.
Robert "SHEETS" Byrd for President in 2008 !!!!!!!

As a Democrat, I pray to God every night that Tom DeLay will be the GOP presidential nominee in 2008. I will do whatever I can to make sure that happens. I can't wait for a DeLay/Bush (Jeb) ticket.
