In the lead-up to the annual Web of Change event, starting tomorrow on a very remote Cortes Island, British Columbia, I co-authored this blog post with Jonathan Warnow as a part of a series of "thought bombs" by leaders of the Web of Change community.
This year we're proud to be co-organizing and chairing Web of Change -- it's 10th anniversary -- with several talented colleagues. Web of Change provides senior technology and social media leaders with the opportunity to share their world-class work, ideas, and inspiration with a powerful community of deeply committed peers.
Here's a snapshot from our article -- just one of many dialogues we'll be having this week:
"The social technology space moves quickly, and it’s hard to find the time to face the moments when we (and the technology we rely upon) have come up short. But it’s crucial. The goals we’re all working toward are too important for us to avoid these conversations any longer.
